Instant Pot Chili – Cozy & Ready in Minutes
This one-pot wonder is everything you want in a chili: bold flavor, hearty texture, and made in a flash thanks to your Instant Pot.
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can kidney beans (15 oz), drained

1 can black beans (15 oz), drained

1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)

2 tbsp tomato paste

2 tbsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Set Instant Pot to sauté. Cook ground meat, onion, and garlic until browned.

Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Lock the lid, set to Manual for 15 minutes.

Let pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
