½ cup heavy cream

1. Marinate the Chicken

Mix chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).
2. Cook the Chicken

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken and cook until lightly browned but not fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Prepare the Sauce
