  • 1 lb chicken tenders

  • 1 cup almond flour or crushed pork rinds

  • ½ cup grated parmesan

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ tsp garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
