🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head (~2 lb), cut into florets

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt + ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 cup chopped bacon (thick-cut)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3 green onions (sliced, divided) 

🍳 Instructions

  1. Prep & Season
    Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl .

  2. Air-Fry in Stages

    • Cook at 360 °F for 5 minutes.

    • Stir, then sprinkle bacon on top and cook an additional 10–15 minutes—stirring occasionally until bacon crisps and cauliflower tenderizes 

  3. Top & Melt
    Transfer mixture to a small, air-fryer–safe dish. Sprinkle cheddar and most of the green onions, then air-fry at 360 °F for 3 minutes until the cheese melts.

  4. Garnish & Serve
    Finish with remaining green onions. (Optionally, add a dollop of sour cream.)
